In the shell, you attach an inner pad, which you can remove and wash at 30 degrees.

To find your size, measure the circumference around the largest part of your head, then order the helmet in shell size: M, and then choose the inner pad in centimeters. If you need help or feel unsure, do not hesitate to contact us in the store, and we will help you with the right size.

The safety standard ASTM F1163-15 applies to the USA, Canada, and Mexico. PAS015:2011 is the English standard, and VG1 01-040 2014-12 is the standard within the EU. All these safety standards are equipped in Halo Luxe, making it one of the safest riding helmets on the market.

Halo Luxe is also equipped with Mips, an integrated system in the riding helmet to reduce the risk of concussions and traumatic brain injury. The system reduces friction and rotational movements in the brain when you fall. When you fall off your horse, you fall in motion, and since Mips moves 10-15 mm with your head during the fall, Mips provides better protection for the brain than riding helmets without Mips. The idea behind Mips is to reflect the brain's movement, which can slide slightly against the brain's walls.
