For example, Uhip's foldable hand warmers that are comfortable to pull down over your hands when holding the reins. It also has a nice high hood to pull over your head and helmet if the wind bites.

Complete with the matching cover skirt to keep warm as if you had a long coat, but with the advantage that you can use the garments separately.
